Product description
FuRui NT ER collet chucks combine an NT30, NT40 or NT50 machine connection with an ER tool-clamping system. The catalog lists ER16 through ER40 for NT30 and NT40, and ER32 or ER40 for NT50. Match the spindle and drawbar before choosing the tool-side ER series. NT and BT designations are not interchangeable ordering codes.
NT50 dimensions
NT50-ER32 lists D = 50 mm and L1 = 75 mm. NT50-ER40 lists D = 63 mm and L1 = 80 mm.
NT40 ER32 ordering
Request the individual NT40 ER32 drawing and identify the machine's drawbar. Do not assign every diameter or length in the grouped row to the ER32 version.
Choose the NT ER ordering family
Request an NT40 ER32 collet chuck quotation using the grouped NT40 row; ask for the individual ER32 drawing. For NT50 ER32, use its separate row in the specification table. A family clamping range requires multiple correctly sized collets, not one universal collet.
Send a complete tooling request
- Machine model, NT designation and existing holder marking or drawing.
- Drawbar thread, required L1 and available body clearance.
- ER series, each tool-shank diameter and quantity per size.
- Holder-only or a package with the nut, collets and wrench; delivery country.
The catalog does not define the drawbar thread. Leave that item open for confirmation if it is unknown; do not select it by appearance.
Check the machine end and tool end separately
NT and BT are not interchangeable ordering designations. An ISO or NMTB marking also needs a machine-manual or drawing check before it can be matched to this series. Compare BT, NT, R8 and MT connections, then use the ER collet range and bore-selection table to specify the tool end.
