Information you provide

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email address, product or model, and requirements. A WhatsApp number is optional. Your message may include quantities, machine details, dimensions, destination or other information you choose to share. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or information you are not authorised to disclose.

The website form does not currently accept file uploads. If you send drawings or photographs separately by email or WhatsApp, share only the information needed to assess your request and remove unrelated personal or confidential details.

How we use inquiry details

We use these details to understand your requirements, respond to questions, prepare quotations and discuss product selection, custom work or an order. Inquiry records are stored in the website administration area and are not published as website content. When email notifications are enabled on a deployed website, inquiry details are also sent to our designated business inbox.

During local preview, forms save test inquiries on the local computer only and do not send email. Please use the published email or WhatsApp contact link if you need to contact the company directly.

Technical information and spam protection

The form uses a security token, an automated-submission check and short-lived request limits. For these limits, the website derives keyed hashes from a submitting email address and, where available, a network address. It does not add a raw IP address to the inquiry record. Request-limit entries expire after 15 minutes without another accepted request.

WordPress may use essential technical cookies for administrator login and site administration. This version of the site does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics. A hosting or email provider may process technical logs as part of operating its services; details should be reviewed when those services are selected or changed.

Email and WhatsApp links

Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp or its website. Information you send through those services is handled under the relevant provider’s terms and privacy notice as well as our use of the information to respond to you. Simply viewing our contact icons does not send a WhatsApp message.

Access, service providers and security

Inquiry records are intended for authorised personnel handling customer requests. Hosting and email services used for the website may process the information needed to operate those services. We do not publish your inquiry, contact details or drawings on product pages. Website access controls help protect stored inquiries, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry records are not automatically deleted by the current form. They remain in the administration system until an authorised administrator removes them. The company should review records and keep only information needed for the inquiry, related business records and applicable obligations. Copies in email, WhatsApp or backups may be managed separately.

We may need enough information to identify your request and verify that it relates to you. Any information that must be retained for an applicable obligation may need separate handling.
