HJS60-HJS200
HJS carbide side-and-face milling cutters in 60–200 mm diameters. Compare model-specific 22–40 mm bores and 8–24 mm widths for the required slot and arbor.
HJS carbide side and face cutters are organized by outside diameter, mounting bore and available width. The catalog provides different width choices for each diameter group, rather than a universal width range for every cutter. Select the intended slot width and cutter envelope, then confirm the complete arbor mounting arrangement before placing the order.
Use the width options in the selected HJS row instead of the overall family span.
Bore sizes change across the series and must match the proposed arbor.
For a grouped cutter arrangement, provide the complete spacing and mounting drawing.
For example, “HJS100, D = 100 mm, bore = 32 mm, width = 16 mm” selects one width from the listed 12/14/16/18/20 mm options. HJS125 also lists a 32 mm bore, but its diameter and width options are different. Matching the bore alone does not establish cutter clearance or the complete arbor fit.
Start an inquiry with this catalog row. Add the required quantity and arbor drawing, including the drive and clamping arrangement. If an adapter is also needed, check the BT-SCA side cutter adapter dimensions against the assembled setup. Cutter, spacers and adapter inclusion must be agreed in the quote.
Dimensions are in millimeters unless otherwise stated. Confirm the final drawing before ordering.
Select an underlined catalog reference to include that row in your inquiry.

Ranges and slash-separated values describe catalog families, not every possible combination. Confirm the complete model and drawing before ordering.
Typical selection contexts for this series, not customer project claims. Confirm machine compatibility and cutting conditions for your setup.
Selecting a listed cutter width for the slot required on a workpiece drawing.
Reviewing the cutter diameter and access envelope for a side-face operation.
Planning multiple cutters with separately confirmed spacers and arbor geometry.
Specify the dimensions, tolerances and records your order requires. Acceptance criteria must be agreed for the selected model.
Check the drawing reference faces and units. A catalog size alone does not define a tolerance or an inspection method.
List any required dimensional report, material document or model identification photograph in your inquiry. Confirm availability and scope in the quotation.
For a drawing-based part, include the drawing revision and identify the critical dimensions. Website photographs are not inspection reports.
Agree the packing method and photo requirements when confirming your order.
No verified shipment photographs for this series are currently published. Include selected-model, protective-packing and outer-label photos in your order requirements.

Stock, dispatch date and shipping method are confirmed with the quotation. Website images are not live inventory evidence.
Keep a copy of the current series information for comparison. Confirm the final model and drawing before placing an order.
