C-ER
Straight shank ER extensions in 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm shank diameters.
Straight shank ER extensions add a collet-clamping end to a selected cylindrical shank. The catalog lists several shank diameters, ER sizes and lengths rather than one universal extension. Match the receiving holder, shank engagement and full assembled envelope before choosing an extension for deep or otherwise restricted tool access.
The C dimension identifies the shank that must fit the receiving holder.
Select the ER family and individual collet bore independently of the outer shank.
Check total L, L1 and nut diameter against the pocket and fixture drawing.
Dimensions are in millimeters unless otherwise stated. Confirm the final drawing before ordering.

Considering added tool reach where the complete assembly can clear the workpiece.
Positioning a collet-clamping end within a constrained fixture layout.
Matching a C-ER code and dimensions in an existing tooling arrangement.
No. C25 identifies its cylindrical shank. Tool clamping depends on the selected ER size and collet.
Select only the reach needed and review the assembled setup. This page does not establish performance for every extension length.
Yes. Compare the complete outer envelope, not only the cylindrical shank diameter, with the available space.
Package contents require quotation confirmation. List the individual collets needed for your tools.
